HOW TO BECOME AN EFFECTIVE ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR
Learn the roles and responsibilities of becoming an assistant instructor. This 8 week course covers 4 modules that every Assistant Instructor needs to know. The course covers teaching basics, warmups, student feedback and discipline and much more.
It includes online access to videos and content for 8 weeks and a downloadable workbook with observations, checklists, feedback forms, reflections and mini assignments.
This training is for anyone starting to assist in classes. You can expect to gain confidence, understand the role and learn how to be an effective instructor.
Leadership Course
BUILD FOCUS, PURPOSE, AND OVERCOME LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES
Develop your leadership skills by finding out what matters to you and overcoming common challenges that people face when achieving great things.
This course has four modules: What is leadership?, What’s your focus?, empowerment and common challenges. It includes online access to content and materials for 8 weeks and a downloadable workbook that includes activities and reflections to guide you and ask the tough questions.
This course is for senior belts looking for purpose in their day and more focus as they advance in their martial art and other activities.
