Hi! I’ve been immersed in the world of martial arts and teaching for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a brother who owned a martial arts club, I saw firsthand the challenges of finding and developing good instructors—ones who truly care about their students and create meaningful connections. Even 15 years later, this remains a common concern for so many club owners.

As a mom, I get it on a personal level. When my kids join activities, all I want is to know they’re being cared for and supported—not treated like just another number. I want instructors who are passionate about teaching, invested in their students’ success, and ready to make a positive impact.

That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do. With over 15 years of experience training and teaching in martial arts, a Bachelor of Education and Marketing, and over a decade of teaching in public schools, I bring a unique perspective to instructor development. I understand how good instruction shapes students, strengthens retention, and ultimately drives the success of a club.

My goal is simple: to help martial arts club owners build teams of skilled, confident instructors who treat every student like they matter. Because when your instructors thrive, so does your business.
